Clinic Policies

The initial trichology evaluation is $99. This 45-minute appointment includes a full trichoscopy scalp analysis, consultation with a certified trichologist, and a preliminary treatment plan. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the consultation payment. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and flexible spending account (FSA) cards where eligible. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Most trichology services are not covered by insurance. Because we operate outside the insurance model, we are able to offer treatments based on what is most effective for your specific condition rather than what an insurance plan will approve. We are happy to provide a receipt if you wish to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Bring a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent bloodwork (within the last 6 months) if available. This helps us build the most complete picture of your hair and scalp health.
